I signed up to do a baby's first year class at BigPictureScrapbooking.com. I am hoping that it will totally get me going in the right direction. Savannah has 5 HUGE scrapbooks done, but nothing really showing her first year of life.
Anyways, I printed out all the handouts and am going to go through my paper stash to figure out what colors and papers I want to use in her book. I am thinking that it will probably be KI Memories. I have a ton of thier papers, and one of the sets that I have is beige/pink/green/brown. Kind of unconventional colors for a baby album, but I think it will be really cute. I will also be albe to use up a ton of stuff that I have on hand, and I really like the idea of that.
I am think white, pale pink, and beige or sage cardstoock. Lots of CTMH and AL stamps with hearts and flowers. Maybe some mathcing ribbon and ric-rac and lace. Using up lots of silk flowers and prima flowers. The only thing thath I am going to change from the handouts is the titles she had pre-made. I am going to use them as a guide, but there are a few more that I would like to add, like the ultrasound photos.
Off to my scrap room to do some playing...
