I am seriously sitting on my couch all bundled up. I seriously do not like the cold. I always wondered why people live where it is cold, and now I live here. The high today is only supposed to be around 63, and it will be in the low 40s tonight. I am not used to this kind of weather until at least Thanksgiving. I think that as soon as I finish my current Diet Dr Pepper, I am switching to hot Chai Tea. Something to warm up my cold bones. Or else I may have to hit up Starbucks for a Pumpkin Spice Latte (YUM)!
Today was a pretty quiet day, a typical day. I worked all morning. Aunt JM forgot her wallet, so Savannah and I brought McDonalds to the hospital and had lunch with her. Then Savannah and I ran over to Half-Price books and got a couple of new books each. Savannah got a Cars learning to read book and a Princess Jasmine learning to read book. She and I are reading lots of level 1 and 2 books lately. I got 3 new chick-lit books:
1. Do Me, Do My Roots - Eileen Rendalh
2. Talking to Addison - Jenny Colyan
3. Play Dates - Leslie Carroll
I think that once I get through my library boks, Play Dates will definately be the next book I read.
I think we are going to head over to my bro's for some homemade pizza for dinner. Or maybe we will just stay home if I can't warm up. And then finish watching Season 3 of the Ultimate Fighter.
