I honestly had NO interest in reading the book or seeing the movie. Just not my style. I ended up finding it for a quarter at the library bookstore and picked it up for my friend's daughter. Then went to meet a friend for coffee who was running a little late. So, I decided to read the Introduction by Reece Witherspoon.I read the entire book in about 3 hours, and it was SO cute! I really, really liked the ending. Lots of wishes and curses and positive messages for girls. I love that the whole message of the book it to be yourself and love yourself for who you are.
So, I've decided to keep the book and start reading it to my daughter in the next few weeks :)
