I am finally getting caught up on getting all the pictures off my camera and organized from our vacation and the last few weeks!!!
Anyways, We spent our first evening in Old Town San Diego after a very long car ride. It was really cold and windy, but we still managed to have a good time. Kevin was super excited about seeing the Whaley House. We did a little bit of shopping and got ice cream and had a pretty relaxing evening. They had lots of cool Mexican Day of the Dead art displayed all over and lots of stuff about the ghost tours and haunted San Diego. We also found a really cool outdoor pottery shop that had lots of hand-painted bowls and planters and such. Mom and Kevin also ventured in to El Campo Santo haunted cemetary for the first of three visits. It was so spooky!!!
We ended up going back on Thursday and spending the whole day there. The Whaley House had been closed on Monday, so we had to go back and tour America's Most Haunted House. Kevin took like a million pictures inside the house and the cemetary. We had some YUMMY Mexican food for lunch and then some famous root beer floats later in the day. We shopped and toured a bunch of old historical buildings and churches. Savannah also got to do some gold panning looking for gem stones with Daddy and LOVED it!
